Ask another questionWho pays for my dog's food and medication?
The customer covers all food and medication costs. These amounts appear as separate care-cost line items, so they are never presented as included in the sitter's service rate.
What happens if I cancel after paying the deposit?
For a customer cancellation after the deposit has been confirmed, 30% of the paid deposit is returned to the customer. The remaining 70% of that deposit is non-refundable. You will see the exact amount before agreeing to the policy.
How are sitters and boarding homes reviewed?
Only eligible sitters can accept bookings. Home boarding is available only after the facility review is approved. Public status labels must reflect the current review state.
Will I receive updates while I am away?
Your Dog Activity keeps planned and completed care in one timeline, with sitter notes, photos or short videos, server timestamps, and optional point-in-time location metadata.
